I have an enrolment code but it doesn’t work.
The enrolment code may have expired as they are only valid for 1 week, you will need to ask the school to send you a new code.
I have enrolled but I didn’t receive a verification email or text message.
Please check your spam or junk mail folders. Is the email address you are logging in with the same as the one registered with the school? Has your mobile number been updated with the school?

I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your password by going to https://app.weduc.co.uk and clicking the link for forgotten password.
The password reset will come by email so please be sure to check your junk/spam mail folders.
How do I book/order meals?

How far in advance do I need to book/order meals?
Orders can be placed a week at a time up until the Wednesday before. Please ensure you have selected the correct week when placing your order.
How do I book meals for more than one child?
Each child has their own Meal booking account which will need to be topped up separately.
Can I pay for meals using a credit/debit card?
You can pay for meals using a credit/debit card but you will need to top up your meal purse prior to making any meal bookings.
Are we still using ParentPay?
Yes. For the moment, Parentpay will still be used for all payments other than school meals.
What happens to the money left in my ParentPay dinner money account?
We will be transferring ParentPay balances over to the new payment system in due course. Please bear with us.
How do I store a payment card for quick and easy top ups?
To store a payment card you will firstly need to top up your account. After entering your payment card details on the Checkout page, simply select the ‘Store for future use’ box.

I would like to transfer the balance from one of my children‘s payment account to their sibling’s account. How can I do this?
Please contact Weduc Support in the first instance and provide them with the 16 digit SRN account number for the account you wish to remove the balance from, and the account you wish to transfer the funds to, together with the amount.
