Lead Practitioner Accreditation is a nationally recognised status of excellent practice in education. The accreditation drives whole-school improvement by building a culture of evidence-informed teaching and learning and can be provided to teachers and staff at an individual or cohort level. NPQLBC (1 year with assessment at the end)
The new National Professional Qualifications came out in Summer 2021 and the NPQLBC is the National Professional Qualification for Leading Behaviour and Culture. It develops you being able to support behaviour, develop and contribute to a culture within the school as well as working alongside specialist colleges in this field. It is available through any number of organisations from Best Practice, Ambition Institute, Pajes or UCL and is fully funded as of January 2022. Princes’ Teaching Institute Subject Days (Four Saturdays throughout one term)
PTI New Teacher Subject Days are professional development days specifically designed for those in their first few years of teaching.
