There are many ways in which alumni can ‘give something back’ to the school, consistent with Hasmonean’s mission to help students understand their place in their own community and wider society through values including chesed (caring/ kindness) and tzedokah (supporting charities).
These opportunities can be occasional, such as giving a presentation and answering questions at our annual Yashar Careers Fair or more regular, for example contributing to an enrichment programme. We will help to match the skills, interests and availability of alums to the needs of the schools.
We are extremely grateful to all alums who have given their time and expertise to help broaden our student’s horizons and to give them every advantage while they are here.
The main ways in which our alumni can help are shown below. We are happy to discuss any opportunities to work together with our former students.
